Indoor Air Quality Products
UV Lights
Ultraviolet (UV) Air Treatment Systems zap mold spores and certain live, airborne bacteria passing by the lamp to prevent them from being re-circulated into your home's air. The shortwave lights, are similar to those used in hospitals, laboratories and commercial kitchens.Media filters
Deep pleated filters take several square feet of filtration material and fold it over and over to provide several times the surface area of filtration material versus a standard 1-inch filter. The result is highly effective cleaning efficiency against even the smallest particles.Zone Dampers
Zoning System uses dampers in your ductwork that open and close as needed based on each zone's thermostat settings. When a zone is at the selected temperature, and doesn't need to be heated or cooled, the dampers close to save energy and maximize comfort elsewhere. Think of it as controlling your heating and cooling the same way you control your lights - a thermostat controls each zone to the temperature you choose.Fresh air dampers
Weather-tight homes can trap damp, stale air inside. It's both an affordable and effective ventilation control that calculates the amount of fresh air needed for your home based on simple settings like number of rooms and home square footage. It then works with your heating and cooling equipment to bring in the correct amount of fresh air and circulate it throughout your home.ERV's (Energy Recovery Ventilation Systems)
Whole-House Ventilation System exchanges outside air with inside air so the heating or cooling of conditioned air is not lost. It recovers up to 80% of the heating/cooling energy from the air leaving your home. This is the Efficient way to help your home Breath.
Energy Efficiency Products
Air Innovations LLC offers a wide selection of energy efficiency products to help reduce your monthly energy bill and improve the efficiency and air quality of your HVAC systems. Listed below are a few of the energy efficiency products that we offer.High Efficiency Systems
Purchasing an HVAC system with a SEER number (seasonal energy efficiency ratio) of 14 or higher can greatly reduce your monthly energy bills by reducing the amount of energy consumed by your HVAC system.Solar Powered Attic Fans
A solar-powered roof vent or attic fan sits on the top of your house and vents your attic air, and it is powered completely by the sun. It doesn't add to your energy bill, and it doesn't contribute to climate change. In fact, because your house is cooler in the summer, you'll be using less energy. A solar-powered roof vent also reduces moisture build up, prevents ice dams from forming in the winter and extends the life of your shingles. Not only will this nifty gizmo lower your utility bill, it will protect the quality of your home.Programmable Thermostats
Programmable thermostats allow you to vary the temperature according to when you're home. By programming the thermostat to set the temperature higher when you are not home in the summer months, and colder in the winter months, you can greatly reduce your monthly electric bill.Energy Recovery Ventilators(ERV)
ERVs exchange the energy contained in normally exhausted air and use it to treat the incoming fresh outdoor air. The process reduces temperature loss by introducing fresh air into your home.
